Reliable Quality in Every Production Step
In line with the high quality standards of codixx AG and its customers, the company has been operating a quality management system according to DIN-ISO 9001:2015 since its founding. This system covers all production steps from development to final inspection.

- Regulatory compliance: confirmed by TÜV Nord CERT with recertification in August 2024
- Compliance with international regulations: colorPol® polarizers fully meet RoHS, REACH, and POPs directives
Quality Control
During Production
Our quality assurance ensures that every single component is inspected throughout the entire manufacturing process.
This includes:
- Continuous in-process controls for early defect detection
- Fully automated optical inspection of all manufactured substrates
- Measurement of critical parameters such as transmission, contrast, and geometry
- Inspection of each component – deviations undergo targeted reworking, including cleaning if necessary
- Traceability of each production batch through comprehensive documentation
- Final inspection according to customer-specific requirements or international standards (DIN, MIL, ISO)
